The best all you can eat steak in Phnom Penh? OK, so this is a bit clickbait category time. This is not the best steak in Phnom Penh, nor is it probably the best all your can eat steak in Phnom Penh, what it is though is by far the best value all you can eat steak restaurant. It also has great drinks, nice staff and is in the heart and soul of the city.
Where is Bar 21?
Would you guess, but Street 21 – I do hate these boring bar names, but they get forgiven for the product that they served. It is near Bassac Lane, but without the pretentiousness and indeed without the large prices.

The location means that when you finish you can end up at any number of late night drinking holes. We ended up at “her bar” I’ll get the actual name at some point, but a hole in the wall here I had to teach the camp bartender into how to make a Black Russian – more on that later.
Best all you can eat steak in Phnom Penh
It is $10 a head, they have salad, they have chips, they have gravy and a shit tonne of steak that you can go back and and forth as many times as you like. I literally shit you not.

Obviously this is not high grade steak, BUT it is $10, they cook the meat medium rare, medium and well done, theres a mixture of fat and meat. The chips are proper English style and you get real gravy. I like it here, they run it every Monday and Thursday and I feel the best value all you can eat steak in the capital city.
